70jay's Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 70jay platform and all related services. The following definitions are used in these Terms:

• "Platform" — The 70jay website (70jay.lat) and all its services, games, and features.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on 70jay.
• "Service" — Sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any other gaming activity.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted as part of a promotion, withdrawable after meeting specified conditions.
• "Real Money" — Funds deposited by the user themselves.

References in the singular in these Terms also apply in the plural and vice versa. 70jay reserves the right to change these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account on 70jay:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit. Placing bets on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• Your bank or payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) must be registered in your own name.

If information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, 70jay reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances.

70jay is a responsible gaming platform. Services are provided only to those aged 21 or above.

Identity Verification Process

70jay may request identity verification from a user at any time. The following documents may be required during this process:

• A copy of the National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
• A relevant mobile banking screenshot for payment method verification.

If the required documents are not provided within the given timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be placed on hold.

70jay supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for all methods).
• Deposited amounts are credited to the account immediately.
• The payment account must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and such funds may be forfeited.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawals are generally made to the same method used for the deposit.

70jay reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if unusual transactions or money laundering are suspected. Additional documents may be requested in such cases.

New members on 70jay are eligible for a welcome bonus. Accepting a bonus means agreeing to the following conditions:

Welcome Bonus Terms

• A 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Another example: depositing ৳14,000 gives a bonus of ৳10,000 (maximum limit) — total balance ৳24,000.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
• Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

General Bonus Rules

• Each user may use each promotion only once.
• Only bets placed with bonus funds count towards wagering.
• If wagering is not completed within the set period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If suspected bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• 70jay reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

All betting and gaming activity on 70jay is governed by the following general rules:

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless 70jay decides to cancel it due to a technical error.
• 70jay reserves the right to cancel bets accepted due to clearly incorrect odds or software errors.
• If an event is abandoned or not completed within the scheduled time, that bet will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.

Live Casino and Slots

• All game outcomes are determined by a secure Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a bet is not recorded due to a fault in the game provider's software, that round will be considered void.
• Any bet in progress will continue to be processed even if the connection is lost or the device turns off.

Multi Bet

• Multiple events can be combined into a single bet.
• If the outcome of any one bet in the combination is unfavorable, the entire multi-bet will be considered lost.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 70jay platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Applying any deliberate strategy to abuse the bonus system.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players to influence outcomes.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems, hacking, or any form of cyberattack.
• Creating an account with false information or concealing identity.
• Operating an account on behalf of or by a minor.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited. 70jay reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

70jay may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or evidence of fraud.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Before closing an account, the user will be informed of the reason and given the opportunity to clarify if needed. However, in cases of prohibited activity, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact support. The account will be closed after all pending bets are settled and any valid balance has been withdrawn.

Setting Limits

Users can set the following limits on their accounts:

• Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Setting betting limits.
